I go where the mood, the weather, and the terrain takes me. I have several varieties of both and everybody gets a turn.

I carry both now the auto has more capacity and (In my carry choices) a longer sight radius. The revolvers I carry are better for pocket carry, and I just dig the simplicity. I give the revolver a slight edge in reliability but it's not as great as it used to be.

Most days I carry my S&W 329PD (4" N-frame revolver, 26 ounces), as fully loaded it's the lightest full size handgun I own! It's also the most concealable, in it's Tucker Gunleather holster (even slightly more so than the XDS .45!).

Right front pockets get plenty of wear, with the daily carry of my old S&W 442.

I have carry pistols in .45 ACP and 10mm. I have carry revolvers in .357 magnum, .45 Colt, and .44 magnum. It depends on where I am going, what I am doing, and if I am conceal carrying or open carrying that day when I choose which guns to carry.

A lot of the polls we see have as a choice "This Poll is Stupid." I sure wish this poll would have offered such a choice......

I'm a fan of snubs pocket-carried. One thing....I like a ported barrel on a snub. I know a lot of folks shun ported barrels for self-defense, I agree with why, but on a snub the flash is already right there and a port doesn't add to it.

I like Revolvers best and carry Two every day. Sometimes I will put a Glock 26 with a dozen Mags in my Car when we travel.

I carry what I want to carry and that's a .357 magnum. I carry a revolver because a Coonan is to expensive

What I carry on the belt may vary, normally an auto. However, there is always a NAA mini in the pocket.
A wise man once said: "Bugout bag?..What's that? Is that all the junk you sidewalk commandos plan on humping when the SHTF...I'll grab a Nylon 66, a box of 22s and a poncho liner and in less than a week I will have all of your stuff and everything else that I need for the duration."
