I think I may change my EDC

Iíve been carrying a SA Micro Compact for quite a while, so just for grins and giggles I thought I would switch to a SA Compact instead going from a 3 inch to a 4 inch barrel. I bought this one super cheap because the trigger needed both hands to pull it, maxed out a 12-pound trigger pull gauge. Only paid $350 for it, took it to the local gunsmith and a little over $100 it now has a super sweet trigger with a 4-pound pull.

This is how it looked when purchased, very ugly grips. SA_Comp.JPG

Much better with a nice pair of Smooth Goncalo Alves grips. SA_Comp_r.JPG SA_Comp_L.JPG

You found a genuine bargain on an excellent pistol. Let us know how it shoots.

Your Ultra looks like a nice pistol as well.

    Well done.
