    Can a Ruger LCR .22 Mag interchange between .22 Mag and .22 Long Rifle like .357 Mags revolvers can fired .38 special?

    All I know about is the Ruger Single Six that has cylinders for both .22 mag and .22 LR. Those cylinders interchange.

    Not sure just how familiar you are with .22's, but be aware that a CCI Mini-Mag is NOT a .22 Mag - It's .22 LR.

    As Cuda said, you can run .22 Mag only.

    The bore diameter is actually slightly different between .22 LR and .22 magnum. The Single Six convertibles have a barrel that essentially splits the difference between them, with varying effects on accuracy.
