    Same grips for different handguns?

About your defensive handguns but mostly revolvers.

I have one J frame - S&W Model 60 Pro with the nice wood grips & one day want to add the S&W Model 640.

If when I do get the 640 I plan on buying a set of the same grips on my 60 Pro for the 640 - to have the same grip & feel no matter which I'm using as my CCW at any given time.

Has anyone else here done the same with their revolvers or other handguns?

On the SP101's I've had I replace the factory grip with Hogues. I will use the same style on the larger frame GP100's and the Alaskan's.
