This is a discussion on My New Glock within the Defensive Carry Guns forums, part of the Defensive Carry Discussions category; Well not sure it will make it to my EDC but feels good OWB in the Glock Sport holster headed to the range to see ...
I bet it looks kinda like your old glock.
I've yet to go wrong by going Glock. Congrats!

Let me give you a 'heads up'...you're going to love your new Glock, and you will be impressed at the range.
It's nice knowing that a firearm at your side will always go bang.

They're great pistols, no question. Congrats, and let us know how she does. Are you going to actually try carrying owb, or is it strictly home/range?
"Yet this government never of itself furthered any enterprise, but by the alacrity with which it got out of the way... The character inherent in the American people has done all that has been accomplished; and it would have done somewhat more, if the government had not sometimes got in its way."
Wow. I have had several Glock this by far is the best shooting Glock bar none. It's dead on from 10 yards to 25yrd. It's nice.
I love my G34. REALLY! I also love my G17, but use the 34 more when shooting at our local outdoor club "with the guys" partly because it is just a wee bit longer than the 17 and I think they need to see this little old lady with the BIG gun in action. LOL
For me: 5'4" and 127 lbs there is absolutely no possibility of the 34 being my concealed carry gun, but that is what my 26 is for anyway. I have never oc'd even though it is legal to do so where I live. Not that I never will.......
Getting old was not on my list of "things to do" in the Golden Years!
Talking to each other here is good, but taking action is better.
Being 6ft 4 215 I can conceal it fairly well if it's OWB
Very nice! Congrats! I consider that too long for CC. What, you don't have a GLOCK 19 for CC?!?!?!
