If I were training, Id just use a basic gun without a bunch of fancy stuff on it. Train with what you carry, and carry what you train with. It doesnt seem like a tacticool or match gun would really be the way to go for carry.

Well, those are the most interesting M&P's I've seen so far.

The FS is my actually my home defense/match gun. The compact is my EDC gun and when I say EDC, I mean EDC! If you know anything about the M&P's you will know the FS and compact are the exact same thing except for the overall size. I chose the compact over the FS for EDC for obvious reasons. I am not sure what you think is "tacticool" about either, every addition has a purpose and I will be happy to explain each if you would like.

Where did you have the machine work on the slides done at? I like that look!

Interesting. Do you keep stock sights on both? Are you satisfied with the stippling?

I like the obvious lighten results from the machining, but it looks a little overdone for my taste. I would have used lines on the top of the slide instead of the scalps. Cool guns none the less.

No need to be insulting...especially in one of your first posts.

Different. I like 'em. Especially the FS. I'm a sucker for porting on the slide at an angle.
