I went to a gun show Saturday looking for the Kahr CM9. I couldn't find one, but did find a couple of Kahr CW380. It really felt good and I wanted a Kahr, so, of course, I bought one. I didn't realize they were so new.
When the weather improves, I'll take it to the range and report back.

Congrtas on the new pistol. I followed the cleaning/lubing/break in directions found over on the Kahr talk forum and have been very pleased with my new CM9. Not a single malfunction during the 200 round break in.
As much as I like Kahr's products, I can't bring myself to buy one for personal reasons. Now, if one were given to me, I suppose that'd be alright.

Of all the tiny .380's, the Kahr is the one that I like the best. If I didn't have a reliable P3AT the Kahr is the one I would be looking at. Congrats...
Wish I could have found one out where I'm at. I don't see too many Kahr's out here. I was wanting one for my .380 carry but couldn't find one so I had to settle on the LCP. Let us know how it goes at the range.

Saw one at the gun range tonight.
Looked and felt great in the hand, too bad it wasn't a rental.
I am a huge fan of the .380s for EDC; I have both an LCP and a Bodyguard . I carry it 100% of the time. The tiny .380 can pass the FBI tests as well with the right ammo. A huge comprehensive test just finished.
The small Kahr pocket pistols are well crafted with good material. They are easy to conceal, quite accurate and come in various models and calibers. I trust that you will find yours to be an excellent carry gun.
I bought a CM40 last month and am well pleased with it.
These Kahr pistols do require a break-in period of at least 200 rounds.
I have put 290 rounds through my CM40 and am confident in it enough to now carry it on a daily basis.

I have a P380. It had issues and had to go back to Kahr for repairs, but it's been fine since. It feels better to me than any of the other .380s I tried. As already noted, follow the lube instructions ad allow for a break-in period and you should be fine. Enjoy!
Thanks for all who responded. My gun range is outdoors and it is still too muddy there, but am getting really antsy too shoot it.
