Just bought my wife a new snubby. Ruger LCR Deluxe Silver in .38 +P rated. Seems like a nice gun. She is a big fan of the lightweight snub nosed revolvers, this will make a great gift.

Nice gun....actually on my list to get one as well!
Congrats to the little lady.

I have the LCR 357. I carry it every day. Some days it's the main carry some days it's the back up.
Sweet! I'm sure she will enjoy it..
Great little defensive weapon. The only thing I can say is get a set of crimson trace laser grips. I added them to mine and cannot even begin to tell you just how much more effective the weapons is with them. The sad part is Ruger is dropping the LCR 38 +P LCR cannot even begin to understand why?
I love the large trigger guard on those, planned on getting one.
Wife tried one, but couldn't pull the trigger....... she has tiny, arthritic fingers.

You posted this information here..........I certainly hope this is not supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift LOL
Oh well, when I was a kid I got into the hidden presents in my parents' closet and still managed to act surprised when I opened them (actually when I re-opened them..) on Christmas. Your wife can probably pull off the same stunt.
Getting old was not on my list of "things to do" in the Golden Years!
Talking to each other here is good, but taking action is better.
