My new Sig Ultra Two-Tone and Mitch Rosen Holster

Picked this up yesterday at a LGS which was having a killer Black Friday Sale on certain pistols. I was looking at a Kimber Ultra Carry at another store just down the street but I'm glad I found this one!

I went to the Sig Academy Pro Shop today just to see what accessories they had. They have grips, mags, springs you name it. Truly a toy store for any Sig aficionado.

They carry quite a selection of holsters and a good number of Mitch Rosen's stuff. (He is also local about 20 minutes away in Manchester NH). Found a Upper Limit Express holster that is a really nice straight drop holster that rides nice and high and close to the side. Retention is like...wow....it locks in and the first few times I really struggled to get the Ultra out of the holster. It feels real nice now

I'll be going back to the Pro Shop tomorrow to spend some more time in it. They have a LOT in stock for the holidays that's for sure

Will be hitting the range tomorrow to put about 150 rounds through it for it's maiden run. Cleaned with MPro 7 Cleaner and lubed with MPro & Gun Oil LPX

This pistol just feels absolutely awesome in the hand. It joins my P238, P938 and Scorpion 1911 as well as my 522

That's pretty sharp. The trouble with concealing something like that is what you really want to do is show it off.

Nice looking pistol. I will volunteer to break it in for you. Thanks for your service. I volunteered for the Air Force to avoid the draft in 1962. Really.

Good choice ! I would take the sights over kimber any day if the week.... Unless it was a raptor, then it would be a tough call

I'd be interested in knowing how you feel about the trigger face afterwards, its length (LOP), if the grip checkering isn't too aggressive, whether you have problems driving the mags home and whether or not you find the front checkering too biting.

Great looking gun, but the Kimber Ultra Carry may look just a little better. Let us know how the maiden shoot goes.

Nice find. Just curious, were you able to beat the Sig LE/Mil discount price? As AD or Retired military the special pricing is available to you.
