What generation of Glock? What ammunition? Which recoil spring do you have in the gun? Have you inspected the ejector to make sure it is not chipped? Does the round stay firm in the chamber or does it stove pipe or does it come out of the chamber and then fail to clear the gun? Is the ejector spring installed correctly?
Then we can help you work up a solution to your problem.

How's your grip? Could be "limp-wristing." Or a bad extractor, I guess.

Glock 36. Does not really like a relaxed grip.
Give it a crush grip. See if that helps. It is not a target gun.

Another issue might be if you use the +1 base plates from Pearce. That is usually a double feed issue though if may cause an issue with cycling.

We're all just guessing with out more information.

Is this a new pistol or an older one? If it is older, I'm assuming it just started doing this?

Check that the pistol is properly lubed and there are no obvious defects to it and the magazines. Then, have an experienced shooter put a few magazines through it and see if it happens to them. I'm not saying that the problem lies with you, only if there are no obvious defects to the pistol, then shooter error needs to be ruled out.

If it was a Taurus, everyone would be saying "you can never trust your life to it, scrap it, never buy another, and perform an exorcism to remove the bad mojo from you for even touching it."

The usual cause of Glock malfunctions is limp wristing....or that's what I've benn told!!!

Forget about the grip/"limp wrist", no such thing! A problem made up by the misinformed! Have you done ANY mods to gun/mags? If a used gun, send to Glock. They'll put it back to factory specs for free. And don't even think about the Taurus solution! That would be as bad as running out and buying a Ruger!
