    Hoping it's the right choice....

Just got a bonus check, and the first thing and only thing that I wanted to buy was my first Glock. I was torn between the 19 & 26 due to conceal issues I'm not a big guy. Also been reading tons of threads on ammo that it's overwhelming but I settle for Speer Gold Dot 124 grain as my choice for SD. Price wise I think I did pretty good $540 out the door.

Glock is a great carry gun for our Florida climate and the G19 is one of the very best. Congrats.

Very nice, congrats! Love my g4 G19, not a big guy at all myself - carry one daily with no problems.

Don't worry whether not you made the right choice - almost no one that enjoys a Glock just has one .

The $540 is great but now you need a holster(s), night sights, practice ammo, targets, extra mags and another Glock.........$$$$$!!!!

    Congrats on your choice!
The G19 is one of the most dependable 9mms out there.
Accuracy and ultra reliability, in a great sized pistol for carry or duty. Accessories are abundant if you choose, but I'd recommend you shoot it before you change a damn thing.

    Great choice!

I have Crossbreed coming hopefully should arrive next week. Practice ammo was also bought, and I'm thinking trading in S&W .38 airweight for a G26 for the wife even though she says the 26 is to big and heavy. I'm going to rent the 26 for her to shoot it and see if she likes it.

Great choice! And the Gold Dots should serve you very well! Just make sure you test them out for feeding reliability before you settle on them. Glocks eat everything though so you shouldn't have any issues. Congrats!

You did good, I've never cared for the baby glocks and that includes the G30 they just don't feel right. Now the 19/23 are perfect feeling and shoot good for me.
