It's a scandium frame/titanium cylinder. In actuality it's really not in the same price range as that Springfield, but if I were to buy that Springfield they would both cost roughly the same after accessories. I just picked two guns I like out of the air for comparison purposes to show that the revolver really isn't giving up a lot of capacity compared to the single stack autos a lot of CCW holders favor.
I won't buy another handgun until I've saved up some money for something nice and have been carrying for a while. I figure with more experience I'll know what I want.
But I do know my "always" gun will always be a wheelgun of some type. I'm somewhat unfortunate in that what I like to shoot for the joy of shooting is not something I find easy to carry, at least not at this point.

Gotcha. I do like the weight of those Scandiums. As a student who was saved by his teacher in HS, I say thank you for being a Teacher.

I use my USP 9mm comp all the time for carrying, it's very comfortable!
Now yous can't leave.
I carry a Glock as primary and a S&W 640 as backup.
My PM9 bug is always with me in a pocket. I'd say about 60% my Colt XSE L.W. Commander, 20% Springfield XD9 Service, & 20% S&W Model 10-10 .38 Spcl. 4" Heavy Barrell. I voted semi 'cause my Colt rides my hip the majority but I do throw my Mod. 10-10 in the mix just to shake things up a bit. Be safe, Lazyace1975.

I carry a H&K P7M8. I've been carrying the P7 series for about 24 yrs and it's become a part of me... Can't complain about how well it works, cept that they get a bit warm when you're shooting lots of ammo
I want to make a setup just like that eventually...Originally Posted by rfurtkamp
