Kahr owners what is your round count??

Just curious as to what model, how many rounds, what type of rounds you shoot for SD or Practice. There is some flack towards Kahr and how reliable like the poll that is on here but I would like to see how many rounds specifically you have shot through yours to date. This may shed more light on the Kahr debate.

    Thanks,

    Matt

My Kahr P9 is 5 years old. I did have to send it back to the factory twice within the first year. It's been 100% since. The first few years, I put 100 rounds per week..Since, I only put 25 or so per week. Even though it's been fine, I can't say that I'm really sold on Polymer. Every new piece I buy or intend to buy are all metal.

I have a PM9. Maybe 900-1,000 trouble free rounds thru it. I have carried it often. However, I have now aquired a Rohrbaugh, so the PM9 will see more safe time than carry time. I do plan to use it from time to time. db

I would estimate 1.5k to 2k. No problems at all.

P9; 2000+ and I stopped counting after that. Never missed a beat period. Love mine and there's nothing I've ever seen that is quite as concealable.

P9, two years and counting, shoot about a box a month, so...about 1200 with no problems.

    One stovepipe.

    Love this gun.

P9 with about 1500 rounds. It does not like the cheap steel Wolf 115 grain ammo though.

P9, got it lightly used in May

Slide stayed open on every round - quick fix by properly installing the slide stop.

About 400 rounds so far without any problem at all. Reloading dies are due in next week, so that round count will go way up next year.

Well my K9 has almost 15,000 thru it as of last weekend. My was made in 2001. A friend has an E9 carbon steel black oxide finish and made in 1997 has over 30,000 and 20,000 of those were Federal 124 +P+ . Only thing we have done to them is change out recoil springs at 3,000 rounds and when you use Wolffe springs they include a new striker spring so its changed at 3,000 also. Now after some testing before the Holidays we found that our Kahrs like Federal 147 HST. Great expansion and penteration and very very accurate from out Kahrs.

I've had my PM9 about six months and have about 1,000 rounds through it. I had a few failures to return to battery in the first 100 rounds, but it's been flawless since then. I feed it whatever is on sale for practice, plus a couple mags of my carry ammo, Gold Dot 147 +P.
