YES that is a very god price. Mine was 305 after tax and transfer.

Documents in the case indicate May 2006, for manufacture. That must be 2nd gen, don't you think?

That is a great price!! I would think it is a 2nd Gen with that date. Take a look at this link to verify that it is.
