I don't get it. But when I heard someone was trying to get people to pay for radio in their cars I thought that was crazy... so sometimes I miss the boat on "great ideas".........

Novelty? What purpose could it serve?

Things gun forums have taught me:
-Some people shoot guns other "run" them.
-I don't dislike Glocks but often dislike Glock owners.
-Open carry is to a handgun as bluetooth is to a cell phone!
-Simple math can deliver posts per day... some gun forum members need to get out more!!!

MSRP @ $449.00 for one shot that will likely send you to the emergency room (even if you defeat the BG) to have a few metacarpal bones reset (another few hundred bucks) seems kinda, I don't know, goofy? I mean, Pocket AK sounds good and all, and I'm sure there are those who will go for it, but not this guy. Prefer my AK's and snipers full-size.

    A pocket 308? Okey dokey.....

The words pocket and sniper really don't go well together.

Hit someone just about anywhere with an AK round at room distance im pretty sure they are out of the fight. Seriously though, these look like novelties. With a tip up barrel like that you could reload pretty quickly though, and it would just be a backup gun.

Being a single-shot pistol, it sounds like a novelty instead of anything worth considering as a defensive sidearm. Yet, the company's name is Heizer Defense.

I'm sure the intent of this statement is related to the recoil punch a .308 round might deliver, but for me it's the "insanity" of the lack of functionality in a single-shot that kills it for defensive purposes.

Myself, I don't do safe queens and I don't do novelties. Might be a suitable gun for someone else, though.

I don't see a place to mount an optic system and a flashlight ... err, I mean WML...

Looks like a Double Tap. DT didn't have much luck with those when they first came out. I don't imagine these will fair much better.

With a barrel that short and rifle powder I bet shooting that would make a pretty impressive fireworks show at night! Can't see as I'd have much use for it otherwise, though.

Lots of noise and flame. Good chance it would keyhole at ten yards.

Can't imagine the bullets getting much velocity out of such short barrels. Big boom and flash from unburned powder...and not much else.

Sadly, they seem to be selling to the ill informed..."Ooh...it fires a rifle round! You only need the one shot! Guaranteed stop! Ooh ah!"

I would seriously boycott any gun store that attempted to sell this as anything other than a novelty.
