My favored primary CCW is my slightly modified GI WWII Champion backed up by my Taurus PT-145 carried in my front pocket.

I also have a Springfield Ultra Compact Mil-Spec that I have modified the grip safety tang and shortened the hammer on. I am at about 300 rounds with no failures as of yet. It could replace the GI in the future for primary CCW.

The Taurus is my only office carry since it slips into my dress pant pocket and is all but invisible.

    1911

    SA loaded gov't 1911.
If it is too hot, or I have to dress formal, I have a Makarov and a S&W 642 at my disposal.
I am looking for a lightweight 5-shot .357 with a 3" barrel to make my BUG and replace the Mak and Smith with.
I am also looking at getting a highly customized 1911 commander for carry.
All of this will have to wait until I have more of a cashflow.

Mostly my Kimber S/S compact, and my Rohrbaugh. When I teach I usually carry the Thunder Ranch.

    Red face Carry choice

I have carried many different handguns over the years. What I carry depends on where I am going. I Try to carry a .45 acp whenever possible, full size Gov't model (either a Springer or soon a Nighthawk Custom Predator). I have also carried/carry a custom BHP and at times a Custom Sig 226. As a backup I carry a Sig P232 (when going formal this becomes my primary weapon). Early in life I carried a Taurus PT99.

Hi all I guess im in a rut, all I carry is my Wilson Combat CQB 24/7 I do usually carry extra mag, Texas is hot and stickey in the summer. I use a Galco inside the pants holster. I also have a Sharkskin, and an Ostrich belt slide made by Rafter S Gunleather for cooler weather.

    Talking 45 All the way

When clothes will permit it is a full size 1911. When the weather turns hot I go to an AMT Off Duty in .45 ACP. Both shoot to within a 1/2 in of each other at sesious social distances.

    A 1911 or 1911A1 or a Government Model.
I don't change my main carry gun to accommodate clothing, I change the way I dress.

Springfield XD Subcompact year round. I would like to purchase another handgun or two, but even if I do, I doubt I'd carry them.

My G27 in a Lou Alessi OWB holster is my day to day companion. A T shirt is sufficient to conceal this roscoe. When wearing long pants my SW 640 rides in a Renegade ankle holster.
