So I am going to need your guys help again. I am looking into buying a Hogue grip for my Glock 27. I would like some feed back on how they are frm people who uses or have used them. I was also thinking about buying in in OD green. That is the color of my Glock. I would like to know how close do the colors match?
If someone out there has a pic of how the OD green grip looks on your weapon that would be great.
Other grips are welcomed.
I have one on my XD-40 and love it. It is just an 8 dollar slip over, but works really great. IMHO..
If you will go to www.glockparts.com and order a "Qwik-Grip" I think you will like it better.
It doesn't come in OD - but it feels better in the hand, IMO.
I had Hogues on both of my G22's and took 'em off and replaced 'em with the "Qwik-Grip!
I have Hogue grips on almost every pistol I own. I really like the way they keep the gun from shifting in my grip as I fire. I have some on a Glock 23, but they're black, so can't help on color.
I don't own any of the slip on type grips so can't comment on them. I do have hogue grips on my ruger p-94 and super redhawk and really like them over the stock grips on both guns.
I have Hogue grips on all of my pistols, minus the new 1911, but that's just because I couldn't find them in the store when I picked it up. I love 'em!
I have Hogue slip on grips on all of my Glocks. I like the palm swell, it feels a lot better in my hand. I have never seen them in OD green, only black. But I think that the it would look good (Black slide, OD frame, black grips). Just my opinion.
I looked at the Quick Grip but it doesn't look like it has finger swells. I have a Generation II Glock 23 and that is what I like about the Hogue Grip All. It provides a great grip for my Glock pistol.
I have a Hogue grip on my 19 and 23 in black and really like them. I have a pachamyr in black on my OD 26. I like the look. But, that's me. I have not seen a Hogue in OD.
The Hogue slip on's and the rubber/wood are on all my handguns. It is a great product. Steve48
I tried ,I did'nt like!Gave mine to a buddy,he took it off also.
I've only put them (houge grips) on revos, but I've been very happy with them, in comparison to factory grips.
