    I use gunbroker and auctionarms. Both sites have good service. They also list dealers who will transfer in your area. I use these sites to find guns that are not available in my area and when looking for specialty items. You probably won't get a "steal" on anything but there is a good variety and you can keep up with prices this way.
    We will be much better off when we learn to deal with things as they really are, instead of how we wish them to be!

    Of the online retailers most people seem satisfied with;
    CDNN
    Bud's
    AIMsurplus
    Summit

    They may be cheaper than buying locally for you even after transfer and shipping, but that depends on your local prices and tax.
    On some guns they are definitely cheaper.

    Check out www.summitgunbroker.com and Mark is the owner with great deals on Glocks, Sigs, S&W and others.

    I've found some hard to find items there. Good luck!

    Steve is a great guy to deal with. Also, e-mail Donna Flanagan at dbflanagansguns@wmconnect.com for another great dealer

    I will echo Summit. I have bought a couple of guns from him, and he has great items at great prices. I check him before I check the local guys. He is my favorite dealer.

    I bought a revolver from Ordnance Outsellers--shipping was $20 and my FFL was $25. Given 7% sales tax in my city, I saved about $35 just on that item.

    You can judge for yourself if the prices (all new, no used) are favorable when figuring in the shipping and a local FFL charge. Here's the link: http://www.ordnanceoutsellers.com/

    SportingArms.com in Lewisville, TX. Could not ask for better buying experience. Prices were not lowest but very good; would definitely use them again.
