    I did it.

After much thought, and looking, and advice from members of this site, I did it.

I finally bought a USP Compact 9mm, and ordered a CompTac C-TAC holster. Because of (stupid) permits and busy schedules, I won't be able to pick it up until a week from Monday.

    Now the wait starts.......

Thanks for all the advice! Oh yeah, and I kept the XD-45

I love my CTAC for my "Plastic" guns.

What clips did you order? I use the Velcro Clips and a Ted Blocker LFI Belt, which is lined with velcro.

IMHO it's the most concealable of all the clip choices.

By the way, congrats on the new gat too.

Congrats! You made two good decisions: (1) getting a HK USPc; and (2) keeping the XD-45. Good luck on the wait.

I bought the standard clips, although I thought about the c-clips mainly because I read a bunch of complaints about them not staying attached to the belts like they should. I've got a couple belts from thebeltman.net, but none with velcro.

    Congrats!

    A USPc (mine's a .45) in a C-T.A.C. is my EDC and I think they're both great. I think you'll be happy with them.
