Most reliable would be a .38 snubbie.
But if you have to have .380 then I don't know, I have a Kel-Tec but for every 3 fans they have there is usually one guy who hasn't owned one but thinks they look cheap and heard somewhere on the webnets that they break.

There's a fair bit of price difference between a Kel-Tec and the Seecamp .380s. My guess is the Seecamp is the winner in reliability tests.

Bersa Thunder with the right pocket holster; still a bit large but can be done.

I'm partial to the Bersa Thunder also, yes it's a little bigger than most but it's accurate and easy to shoot, that and my snubby 357 are my BUGS or the quick run to the store piece.

I like the bersa they are very nice guns but if you want a true pocket gun i would go with the keltec it is a ture pocket gun. Size and weight and how slim it is make it one of the best pocket guns i know.

Both my Kel-Tecs have been reliable and easy to carry. My PPK/S is to heavy for comfortable pocket carry. IMO the others listed are also kind of big and heavy for front pocket carry.

Like Mr. Shovel, I love my Colt Mustang. Can't say as how I carry it in a pocket. Ankle holster or SmartCarry.

Of the choices, maybe the KelTec? I dunno.

    KelTec's...

    I have the .32, the .380, and a 9mm...

All work well (not really fun to shoot), and have proved to be dependable.

The P-3AT has been a great 'want a small punch' while wearing little clothing gun...(for FL)

P-3AT this gun is great for what it was intended for, pocket backup. I love mine very reliable I have suffered through a couple hundred rounds. Very uncomfortable to shoot

I voted other, I like my Colt Pony, but it is a safe queen these days. My Keltec P-3AT gets carried when nothing bigger works.
