Just because they are made in Turkey (at the company Sarsilmaz specifically) shouldn't dissuade you. Sarsilmaz has been making guns for a while. Right outside the main gate of Incirlik AB, Turkey is a gunstore (selling only long arms and airguns) that sold Sarsilmaz-made shotguns...excellent quality.
Having handled the AR-24's in SHOT Show, I thought the quality, fit and finish was better than the various EAA Witnesses I've either owned (owned two...still own one) and/or handled. The only the clones my by Sphinx are nicer than these Turkish made guns....granted, I haven't fired an AR-24, so they might be problematic pistols, but they look and feel solid.
That said, for the price you pay, I'd rather get a real CZ-75/85 and not a clone...but for a clone, it looks nice.
Another thing...a Turkish-made gun isn't an indicator that it's bad gun, thus a "drawback"....the Stoeger Cougars are made in Turkey and they are as good as the Italian-made (Beretta) Cougars.
