Sigma .380? If so, slightly better than Jennings or Raven. Pretty much 3rd tier back-up, not to be shot much, never reloaded under so much as gas-pain pressure.

If this is what you have, and you like it, by all means. I just saw an awful lot of problems through two different shops (one a LE-only dealer) when they came out.

I had one ..... for about 4 hours. An officer on my dept sold it to my dad and when my dad gave it to me, I sold it back to the same officer 4 hours after it was in my possession. He loved it, I didnt. The mag release just wasnt for me.

I have had no personal experience with the Sigma .380 if that is what you had. I have read of a lot of problems with them though. Do a search on the internet for the Sigma .380.

Thanks to all. I am going to get rid of it for a Kel-Tec 3AT. More concealable and lighter.

I have heard about a lot of problems with the entire Sigma line, including having to change out certain parts after a few thousand rounds or so.

Having said that, I personally know 2 friends (Both in LE), that have used them as their back-up/off-duty gun for a number of years. Niether has had a problem with them. I've shot them & don't like them, particularly their triggers.

Oh well, to each his own.

I think the early Sigmas had some real problems, but anymore, I think the Sigmas are a great value for the $$. I had one for a while and it was a great gun!!
    I do have a Kel-tec .380 and I love it!!

Thanks everyone for the feed back. I Put the SW380 brick on consignment yesterday after my Kel-Tec P32 Arrived. Put 100 downrange after a good Fulff & buff with no problems. Using S&B 73 gr S&B 's FMJ's. Can't Seem to find a Kel-Tec 3 AT at a reasonable price. Everyone I have checked with is either out of stock or asking Premium $$ for them.

Tex, Ammoman has Fiocchi HPs for $99/250 round delivered, or $170/500. I like them out of my Seecamp.
