Jumped on the KELTEC bandwagon today, P32 pic's/range report

so i dropped in a small gun shop here in town (Murphy's) that are well known for having a large used inventory, i spotted this P32 for $140 with moderate wear, mostly holster/pocket wear, after hearing good things around here i went for it. I needed a pocket piece anyways because i just started a new job that requires me to tuck my shirt in, therefore making my Glock 23 out of the question, and i cannot risk getting made by customers. so i went straight to the range and put 100rds of cheap ball ammo thru it, ran fine except when i fill the mag with a full 7 rounds it tends to jam. off hand i made 3-4 inch groups at 5 yards, good enough for me to carry with, especially it being a 8oz tiny thing that fits in my palm. took it home and got a ton of crud out with solvant, lightly oiled and reassembled and its nice n smooth n tight, over all $140 well spent. its going to ride in my pocket from now on.

Congrats. May it serve you well.

KelTec should honestly select a more durable black oxide finish for their slides.
I've had Cold Blue from a plastic bottle hold up better than what they put on my P3AT slide.
I might send my slide out and have it hard chromed.

You will love the P32 as an always carry gun... I do in a pocket holster.

Here is my summer pair a P11 and P32.

    Congrats...

on the new 'addition' to the family...

    I have 3 KT's, the 9mm, the .380, and the .32...

The .32 is the greatest little pocket weapon...hardly know it's there...the .380 is a tad bigger, but still another great pocket gun...these two fellas have been around for several years without any difficulties...not exactly a fun gun at the range, but fairly accurate and certainly an 'up close' defense weapon or a backup for the EDC...

I currently own 6 Kel Tecs.
    1 P-32
    2 P-3ATs
    2 P-11s
    1 PF9
Guess you could say they serve a purpose for me! Not range guns, or fun guns, just decent backup/deep cover carry pieces.

I'm right there with you bother!!! I got my P-11 on a whim, not expecting much, and I was pleasantly surprised. Have fun with it.
