Question Glock .40 conversion to .357, mags ?

    Guys,
I'm new to the Glock scene.

I just got a G23 (.40) and ordered an aftermarket conversion barrel chambered in .357 sig.

Do I need to get .357 mags or will .40 mags work with the .357 barrel ? Must I change mag followers or anything ?

    Thanks

I have a .357 barrel in my G23, and use my .40 mags, no problem!

Its really easy to convert the mags.

Take your .40 mag, and load it up with .357 ammo. Then your done.

I've been meaning to get the .357 sig barrel for my 23.

    Good luck with it.

Since the .357 Sig round is more or less a 9mm bullet in a necked down .40 brass, they use the exact same magazines.

No need to buy new ones. Just a barrel.
