Best way to conceal a Sig 239?
I now own a Smith 342PD (.38+p) that is very easy to conceal and carry. I'm thinking of buying a semi-auto and after having shot several at the range, I like the Sig 239 best. My main concern is concealed carry. Is this gun practical to carry all day? I'm a smaller-framed guy and carry my Smith with an inside the wastband holster. Can this be done with a 239, either in front or back? (Does Sig have any plans of building an even smaler/lighter version of this gun?
Thanks to all who respond. Sorry for the multiple questions....

The Sig P239 is quite easy to conceal. I prefer carrying OWB, at about the 3 or 3:30 position. The key is a good foundation, i.e. the belt, and a good holster.

So Many Variables...
Size, build, clothing worn, climate, holster type, practice...etc.
I believe that you are asking a questions like..."What would be a comfortable pair of shoes for me to wear?"
Would you send someone out to get you a pair of shoes? Someone else will probably not be able to pick out the 'exact' holster that will work for you!
I think that with some experimentation, you can make anything work...

As you can tell from my signature I have two P239s. Depending on what I am wearing I carry one or the other. If I am wearing a sports coat or suit I carry the .357SIG in a K&D Paddle Defender at about 4 o'clock.
If I am wearing what I work in - Dockers with flat bottom camp shirt or guayabera I carry the 9mm in a K&D Cochise Defender at about 2 o'clock.
