    "DR" sights

I'm researching new sights for concealed carry and steel shoots. (Just bought a Nighthawk Talon III.) I'm interested in the "Big Dot" sight system. In searching the web, I came across someone who recommended the "DR" rear sight over the XS rear sight. The link is 2 years old, and I cannot figure out how to contact the author. Does anyone know what brand "DR" refers to? The author mentioned the fact is was more precise than the XS rear sight, but still provided fast acquistion.

    Thanks.

This is far from a sure answer- but the only thing I can think of would be DR Middlebrook's pro sites maybe. Don't know, the XS rear site has always worked fine for me.

I found some articles on the net about D.R. Middlebrook, but nothing about any set of sights he created. Does anyone have any info?

I've seen but not used them , but they look interesting. I don't know if he still makes them. Call him.

Check out a company called PT Sights, they are doing some great things with night sights.

I'm stuck between the BIG dot and PT sights also, but leaning toward the BIG dot system...

    Doctor Optic

Are you (by any chance) referring to the DR SIGHT - AKA Doctor Optic Red Dot Rear?

Because that one is Slang Termed The DR.

No front sight needed only The Doctor Rear.

Well, here is the link anyway. Fantastic sight...get ready to spend some money though.
