Gave my young bride her birthday present today, and it was a big hit!
Colt Cobra - a true classic. She loved the feel of the grips and the light weight. Can't wait to make a range trip. She shoots everything else so well, I know she'll be great with this one. I also included a speed loader and a box of Federal Low Recoil Self Defense loads to try out, in addition to all the other .38spl we have on hand. This one will be a great carry companion to her S & W Model 10-5, her favorite for home defense (next to her Mossy 500).
I wrapped the revolver (in its padded zipper case), the box of ammo, and the speedloader separately. She chose to open the smallest package (the speedloader) first, so she knew what was up, then. I'm very pleased she's so happy with it.

A real man loves his wife, and places his family as the most important thing in life. Nothing has brought me more peace and content in life than simply being a good husband and father.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft!
