KelTec Lifetime Warrenty = I shoot it a lot! Ammo costs are the only limit.

My 642, I LOVE shooting it. I dont hear many say that. I dont shoot it very often with +P's though....
robere:me too on the 642.....
I think there's a difference between shooting a little and shooting LITTLE.....if you buy a carry gun and only shoot it once and then carry it thinking 1)it will work when you need it..2)You can hit anything w/ it 3)you can even draw it quickly..then you're fooling yourself.I definately want to be able to draw, shoot and hit w/ my ccw......But I don't shoot it every week for sure.A smaller ccw is not going to be your "range gun"..but you better darn well be able to shoot it.Plus I don't have enough money to own guns I don't shoot.

My KT P-11 isn't fun to shoot at
all but i run 200 rounds thru it
a month anyway.With a slip on
grip it's not that bad but my hand
till gets a little sore after range
time with it.
I'm worried that my G23 might fail in about 20,000 round or so.
Well said, RR. I've often said how much I like my 642, but...there is no danger of me beating it to death, it will beat me to death first. I did buy some bigger "cheating" grips for shooting if I want to shoot a bit for fun after I get the mandatory rounds in. I don't know if it's plus P rated or not, but it handles them better than I do.Other compact guns are uncomfortable to shoot , like the S&W hurtyourhandieum J frame .357s . You naturaly will carry them a lot and shoot a little due to pain thresholds .
