Kahr PM45
Has anyone had the chance to hold and play with one of the new Kahr PM45's.
I'm thinking of getting one. I've shot both a PM40 and a PM9. I would be willing to carry either of one of them, but I think I want a 45 instead.
Anyone have any feedback.

I was under the impression that the PM45 isn't out yet, am I wrong on that?

Their website just says summer '07, IIRC I think it will be out in July, but I may be wrong.

I held on yesterday at a local gun shop. It's about the same size as my Ultra Carry but the slide is thicker. Nice weapon but I like my Ultra Carry.

I fondles one at the NRA show. If I ever came across a deal on one for <$500, I'd have to snatch it up and shift my J-frame to weakside. The famed Kahr trigger really isn't that bad at all, way shorter than a DA airweight.

I toyed with one about 2 months ago at a local shop. It was very small and very light. I'm not too sure firing a .45 out of that little thing would anything nice at all.

I am starting to want one aswell. I am in a police academy and Kahrs are approved for off duty and back-up. I will be carrying a Sig 220 and would prefer a 45 for back-up and off duty. With a PM9 for the very light occasions.
I did have a PM40 for a while and it was very unreliable. I currently have a Kahr K40 Covert that is 100% reliable, but it is too heavy for its size. The PM45 should be tall enough for me to just barely get a full grip which will aid in control. The PM9 will be my pocket gun.
Yeah I like Glocks, wanna fight about it!
