Thanks for all the kind words.
Did a good cleaning and I'm in the process of polishing the exterior.

Either this thing wasn't fired much or it's been rehabbed, the trigger
breaks like a twig snapping in single action.

Picked it up in Harrisburg (gunshow) yesterday for $322
Dealer said it was an ex police gun.

After a cleaning it looks barely used inside.
Looks nice! Is that a 5 shot or a 6 shot gun?

You say, "After a cleaning..." Does that mean a dealer was selling the gun but put it up for sale dirty? I don't cruise the used-gun market, personally, but I find myself slack-jawed that someone who wants to sell something would not present it in, well, presentable condition! How dirty was it?

    It's a K frame. 6 shot.

**DROOL** I've been looking for one of those. After I saw a wright up in Gun World June, 2006 I fell in love. In the article the author had put a set of Eagle secret service grips made from Ebony on and it really offset the stainless. They are a great gun and I can't wait until I find my special buy. Congrats and please post a report as soon as you can.

Sharp looking handgun. How often to they have the show in Harrisburg? I have only been there for the hunting expo that they have every Feb. I heard that they have a gun show in March as well. I live in NY so it is a good hike to Harrisburg. I need some time to plan, get a room and get some extra $ together.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
