Just had to get it
While on my usual Saturday treasure hunt, I came across a Glock 19. It had belonged to a guy that had been to Iraq and wanted something else. It looks almost new and has night sights. I have to leave for work in a week or so and I knew this would not be here when I returned in several months. He was asking $357.00 and after a offer we settled on $335.00 which I don't think is too bad of a deal.

Great deal on a great glock.

Man! You got a steal on that one! Nice. I had a Glock19 not to awful long ago. It was a great CCW piece. The 19 and17 are my favorite Glocks. I prefer the XD in .45ACP but when it comes to 9MM the Glocks 19&17 rock! Best 9MM on the market IMHO.

When I'm in port and have time (work 6 hrs on 6 hrs off, 24-7) I can use my air card. I'm usually out from 45 - 90 days before coming home. This is my 2nd Glock and I got with Gary today about a holster. And I have a rig on order from Eric that was placed awhile back and hopefuly one of them will be ready pretty soon. I've carried 1911s so long it's taking a will of effort to go with another for more than a couple of days. I broke down and ordered holsters for the "poly" pistols so I will not have a excuse not to carry them now. lol

Bud, I have to call in to the office on the 15th, and from there it's stand by to leave. I just don't know where to yet. Maybe to Honolulu this time. That's a nice long trip but awful hot in the eng. room. And on that trip I'm out of contact for most of the time. If it's a costal run then I'm in port more often. (lots of overtime on those) I'm getting at the age that the 120 - 145 day trips pretty much wipe me out. I like to work 2 - 3 months and come home for that long.

I have no burning desire for a 9mm but at that price... dang! I think I'd change my mind!
