There are 47 "views" in this thread and nobody has an answer?

Come on, you Glockers, help the new member out.

    I don't own a Glock, so I don't know.

Thanks! On the case of my G27 the label is White witch states the Model #, Serial Number, Caliber.... On the G23, the lable is Red with alkl the same info. I have heard some are blue! Whats with the colors. I noticed on the "GLOCKTALK" board a thread was started to gather info on ser # and more. I saw people listing their guns as Ser# HGFxxx Build date April/07 - Notes Red Label, Rails?????????
It is the sticker on the molded case that list's all the info. Could be nothing, but I am curious as to the reasoning behind this.

    Thanks,
    Rick

I think they put different colored labels on to entice you to "...own the entire set..."....

Some are LE guns, some are NY Cali or otherwise Commi state guns, etc. I dont feel like thinking or typing about what color is what, but if no one else chimes in to set it straight, I will later.

Glocks for Law Enforcement Sale have a blue label.

Okay. Here is my guess. I just looked on all the boxes that we have in the store and it seems that the ones that have a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer(27/27/30 etc) all come with white labels. The ones with magazines that have more than 10 rounds (23/19/21 etc) are in red labels. So, I guess that the colours indicate which ones might be allowed in the commie states.

And. of course, the light blue labels are LE/MIL versions.
