That's a pretty fair price in my book, see if he has any holsters or ammo he can throw in and take it.

Ok folks, help me decide whether or not to buy this CZ75B please. A guy at the range who I chat with frequently has a like-new CZ75B with 3 mags for sale @ 300 dollars even. I have run all three mags through it at least once each with zero problems and he claims to have never had a problem either. It's got about 500 rounds through it and he is getting rid of it because he is afflicted with the 1911 bug and the 300 dollars will put him over the top for a new Springfield Mil-Spec he has his eye on. What say you all about this price?
I agree. That's a pretty fair price. I'd take it. I have seen many multiple thousands of rounds go through CZ 75's and have not seen one fail yet. I'm not saying it can't happen. I've not seen it yet though.
“You come at me with a sword and with a spear. But I come at you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you". 1 Samuel 17, 45-46
Well that seals it, thanks for the input all. I just called the guy and it's a done deal. He is going to throw in an OWB holster (Galco or Don Hume he isnt sure off the top of his head) at no extra charge. This will make a great replacement pistol for my IDPA shooting. I've been using my XD40 service but the cost of .40 ammo is becoming prohibitive. The cheaper cost of 9mm along with the longer barrel of the CZ75 will make for a very nice IDPA pistol. Thanks again!

Welcome to the side of the light, my friend.
If total government control equals safety, why are prisons so dangerous?
Buy it before it gets away from you!

Thanks, I'm definitely NOT letting it go. :)
If all goes well, I will make the trip out to his house to pick it up today. If so, I will detour to the range as well and get in some quality time with this gun.
I LOVE my 75. Congratulations on your purchase.
I think it was a good price for sure; I purchased a somewhat rough looking CZ-75B for $275 from CDNN with only one mag.

great price, for a great gun.... I own the older brother (75A) Have not had a problem yet.
I hear they are addictive however, so be careful.
Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.
Thanks again for all the input, everyone. I picked up my new pistol today and just got it home. The fella had put some Hogue grips on it and left 'em on at no additional charge. The original grips are in the case still, along with the three mags he included. Got a holster out of the deal too, but it's a paddle, which I have no experience with. All in all, I feel real good about that 300 dollars!
Oh, and the original receipt is also in the box, from march 2007!
