I have a Sig 225/P6 that is the best shooting 9mm I've
ever had..it's my EDC gun now
I have a p229 (.357 sig) and a p232 (.380). I have a couple of S&W revolvers and a sigma series. I carry the p232 about 90% of the time because of the hot weather here in Texas. In cooler weather I carry the p229. I know that many persons think that the .380 is an underpowered caliber but it works for me. I shoot the p229 in IDPA and I have no problem keeping in on target. I was directed to Sig by a friend of mine and I have not regreted it since. I throughly love my sigs and plan to purchase the new P250 when it comes out in a .40 or .357 sig. I am left handed so I appreciate the ambidextrous slide release in the new P250.
The Sig 228 and 229 grips are just a little fat for me but the Sig 220 is great! it out shoots any 45 I have ever owned and is my winter carry gun
Well, I don't own a Sig proper, but I do own a Sig copy - an Astra A-100 (basically a 228 clone). I love that gun - feels solid in my hand and points naturally. Just shows what a quality design Sig came up with.
