Does the Warren sights have fiber optics, or even tritium? I'm not familiar with them, but after looking at their site, I didn't see any FO or tritiums.

Personally, I prefer something to differentiate the front from the rear or at least something you can see during low-light at the very least.

I am not sure if this will help you at all but I will try. I have the Warren tactical sight in the rear of my M&P .40c, as well as a Trijicon sight on the front. I like the Warren sight very much. I get a very fast and nice sight picture. At some point, there is to be a Warren rear sight with the Tritium tube under the notch for the rear sight. At that point I may trade the rear sight out for that one.
Here are some pics of my set-up.

I too have the Warren Tactical rear sight on my M&P9 - and will be adding one to my M&P9c.

They are great rear sights. Since there is no lines/checkering/dots/distractions on the rear sight - the front sight seems to jump out and say LOOK AT ME!!

    cheers
