War is not the ugliest of things. Worse is the decayed state of moral feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which he cares for more than his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free. -J.S. Mill
Does this count? I'm waiting on an alessi pocket holster for it.

I have use a .380 caliber Walther PPK as a pocket gun, in a Galco horsehide pocket holster. It is nice and flat.

The R9 "Pocket Rocket" is one and I also have the diminutive NAA in .22 mag. Had a 1st gen P3AT but sold it - one of the few guns I have sold.

Chris I don't have any experience with the R9, in fact I don't think I've ever seen one other than pictures. Do you like it? Would you buy another? The "smallest, lightest 9 mm" sounds like a very good choice for a pocket gun. They are pricey huh? WOW
I have the NAA .22 mag. too, not the best ccw, but fits every pocket and ready to go in a moments notice.

ppk .... the R9 is indeed super expensive but there is a lot behind that cost, like high grade machinery investment of all sorts. In fact IIRC the ATF get's about $100 per gun going out!
I had one of the very early ones then a slightly later version ... and there were some teething probs and a few folks didn't get on with them either but - it is a very specialized gun pushing the emvelope of size and cal, as well as machining.
Glad to say its evolution has now led to a product where things are even better and a R380 is due out early next year hopefully. I have just upgraded my two with newer style mag springs and recoil springs ...... I wrote a small update on these things in my R9 FAQ site.

My pocket gun is me Glock 26 9mm, in a Nemesis pocket holster. I first thought that the Glock would be too big to make it as a pocket gun, so I bought a Kel-tec P11. But, the gun was a constant problem. At the range, it would fail to extract, stove pipe, etc so frequently that I just wasn't comfortable relying on it for defense. In adition, it had a horrendous trigger pull, and would rub blisters on my trigger finger after only a few shots (I had to wear band aids in my index fingers just to be able to qualify for my CCW). I sold that gun, happy to be rid of it, and then tried the Glock. To my surprise, it worked! So, that's what I use when it's too hot for a cover garment, and I'm comfortable with it.
