    Cpo Sigs ???

I haven't gone to the SIG web-site in quite some time, due to the fact that, the SIGS I shot in the past I didn't like, (don't remember which models, quite a while ago) not to mention price is pretty high. I've gone back to looking at them again, seems quite alot of changes, in design, I may be catching the SIG bug after all. Anyway on their website, they have a section, about certified pre-owned SIG'S, has anyone here purchased one of these and if yes, was your experience positive. This may be a good way, for those of us who aren't able to afford spending 800 to 900 for a SIG, but could swing 500 or 600 for a factory refurb.

There was just a thread on this- http://www.defensivecarry.com/vbulle...ad.php?t=29780

I bought a CPO and am happier with it than the Sigs I bought new, FWIW.

I purchased a .40 P229 last February. It looked like a brand new gun, and has worked perfectly. Plus you get a year warranty. Since Sig has decided to put rails on most of their guns, my next Sig will be used, or another CPO if I can find one.
Yo Macklin, great party, but no whiskey. We go home now.

    Thumbs up CPO

    Yes I have a CPO P239 40SW.

Looks new w/very few smileys on barrel, new springs. Some come w/new barrels.

Good deals to be had on these, sub $500 delivered to your FFL.
Why is it that you always find things at the last place you looked?
