    I found my dream 1911

I know that it would be impossible to control on full-auto with out the stock but I still want one.

    As seen on gunslinger.blogspot.com

We all need one! It would be hard to control, but it wouldn't matter. You open up full auto with a 1911 on a BG and the threat will disappear, one way or the other.

Now that's cool! This would give a reason to buy the 50-round drum magazine. Makes me think of the broomhandle Mausers which were the original armament in WWI era aircraft.

Might have been conceived as a tanker's weapon.

Sign me up. I'll take 2! The one that I want is the carbine version made to compete with the M1 with the SUPER long slide (like 13 inches if I remember correctly).

I sure hope that isn't an original Singer or US&S M1911A1.

I've had dreams like having a full-auto 1911...a full-auto glock not so much.

It just warms my heart that one actually exists.
