You can always buy a cheaper one and then wait for a custom CZ holster.

I'm not sure if I want my next CZ to be a EVO Scorpion pistol:

    or a

    FDE P10 C:

I'm seeing many used .40s for sale these days, but there are still a few fans of the cartridge that are
cashing in on the gun bargains and the cheaper ammo.
The scorpion is fun I went ahead and got my tax stamp when the trust route was still simple and it's a blast! There are quite a few upgrades as well so you can customize the trigger the safety the charging handle etc. magazines are fairly cheap when compared to similar platforms like the MPX I ordered a eotech xps3-0 for mine I'll post pics friday or monday once I get the glass in.

The balance of this all steel full size is very good. The trigger has the typical CZ creep that stands out in dry fire. I don't notice in live fire with the P-06. The Cajun hammer cleaned that up on the 75c without making the SA too light.

Nicce, you you know the overall length with the stock folded?

I'm thinking that such an EVO 3 pistol would fit in my CZ-USA range bag
with no mag inserted that is?

I want to say right at 16.5" with stock folded but don't quote me on that I haven't ever measured it. Also if anyone has a Evo and is looking for some 30 round magazines preppers has them in stock thats where I stocked up on mine. They are $16.99 usually $19.99 for the 30 round mag

I thin k the slide on the P-06 is wider and shaped differently than the P-01. But I haven't held them side by side.

Also I'm mot sure where everyone orders their firearms or if you just go to your lgs but I usually try to find the best deal. If your a savvy saver and have already handled the weapon you want I would reccomend this website.

    http://gearfire.com

You just find the one your looking for click get your discount and type in your zip code from there it will direct you to a list of gun shops nearest you by mile and you just pick one and pay online and they send it to the gun shop you selected. I usually do this since they usually have the best deals in my area. For the gun shop I use to use he would always have my firearm in the next morning no matter when I ordered. Unfortunately he closed shop now I drive to the nearest and pick it up but it usually takes 2-3 days for that shop to get it in.

@Struckat Very nice collection. CZ has recently released is first striker fired pistol, and it is a hit!

The trigger is better on your P06 because of the Omega update. Also, your P06 is an aluminum alloy frame (7075). The ledge above the grip where the frame widens is a dead give away (most of the time).

Yes I know it's an alloy frame, but it's not Omega. It's the standard decocker 75 internals.
I'm fine with strikers, but I just don't want one, even if it's a CZ.

I will eventually have holster made for the 06, no hurry as it will be months before I can shoot with my right hand again.

For now I keep practicing off hand and left side draw.

I should get to the range this weekend and put the SP-01 to the test. It doesn't feel as heavy as a steel full size should.

    Hello.

I believe it's Eric's own PCR Compact in one of his COM 2 or Com 3 holsters.

He's working on a COM for a RAMI for me, but no idea when it will be done.

I also like that Cherry, or brown for a holster.

    He specializes in CZ holsters.

Just got back from the range. The SP-01 was flawless. Shot about 100 rounds of various shapes and weights and it seemed to like them all. I am sitll leaning to shoot left handed and I was much much better today. I can even use my right as a support hand a little, but it hurts after a few shots. May will mark four months since breaking my wrist and it's looking like it will be some time before I shoot with that hand again.

The full size CZ handles the .40 very well and reminded of how nice 1911s are. Accuracy was very good.
