    Not Signess but CZ fever

When I bought my first CZ I was warned that it wouldn't be my last.

Today I brought home a SP-01, center, yet another lonely .40 that needed a good home.

I really like the P-06, top, but it was my only rail gun, always pulling bedtime duty. I didn't have a full size pistol and have wanted a SP-01 for a while, but then the .40 was discontinued this year along with the P-06. So I set out to find one. They appear on GB but seldom in .40, so when I saw a previously experienced one at the LGS, I had to buy it.
Obviously shot very little, in fact only one of the two mags show any sign of being inserted into the gun.

38.5 oz of steel with a 4.6" barrel. Night sights and front and back checkering with standard grippy rubber panels. Can't wait to get to the range.

Now the P-06 needs a nice holster. But for now the Cajunized 75c will still be the EDC.

My poor Sig 229 may be forgotten...

I haven't been able to solve the upside down phone pict issue. I suppose if I put the target upside down that might do it.

The balance of this all steel full size is very good. The trigger has the typical CZ creep that stands out in dry fire. I don't notice in live fire with the P-06. The Cajun hammer cleaned that up on the 75c without making the SA too light.

    Congrats on the CZs.

    I've had a few over the years, including a CZ-USA tuned P-06:

Most P-01 holsters will work for the P-06.

You can always buy a cheaper one and then wait for a custom CZ holster.

I'm not sure if I want my next CZ to be a EVO Scorpion pistol:

    or a

    FDE P10 C:

I'm seeing many used .40s for sale these days, but there are still a few fans of the cartridge that are
cashing in on the gun bargains and the cheaper ammo.

Nice! I'm looking to add a 75 compact to my collection someday.

I don't have a CZ handgun but I do own a CZ 452 Varmint in 22wmr. I mounted a Weaver rimfire scope on it and it's one of my favorite (and most accurate) long guns. Well, as long as I keep it to 150 yards or so. Very well built and just looks and feels like quality all around.

Clarkston, I want an EVO real bad. But first I have to convince myself that I need one.

Based on the results of installing the Cajun Gun Works parts in my 75c, I will eventually upgrade the one or both of the .40s, but I'm in no hurry. As far as holsters go, I will have a leather one made eventually, but not soon.

I spent my 2017 gun budget on my broken wrist. So far my conversion to a lefty carry and shoot has been going well.

I think my next gun purchase will be a CZ 70, just because I want one. I'll find a cheap orphan and make it go pew pew pew!
