Mine was a Springfield Armory XD9SC.
It's been so long ago that I don't exactly remember what was first, actually it probably was a cap pistol. During leo days in the 70's-90's it was a S&W mod 36, or AMT back-up, or High Standard .22 dbl bbl derringer. Since getting my permit this year, it started out at a ppk, but currently it's a g27

My first is my current Kimber Pro CDP II .45. Why? well I always wanted a 1911 I suppose because that what my dad always kept for protection. Just wish I could shoot as well as my dad, perhaps someday with practice.

Mine was my G17. I still carry it once in a while but with 18 rounds in it its bulky and heavy.
Smith and Wesson CS9. Oddly enough, I traded it off some time ago and recently got it back in another trade.
