I was able to loosen the screws on mine by CAREFULLY screwing the bushing/screw back into the frame tightly, then "popping" the allen wrench sharply to the left. Screw released it's death grip on the bushing. Then I used the bushing bit from Brownells to tighten the bushing back down properly.

Good advice from everyone, thank you. I will have to try the blue lock tite and let it sit. Now Im wondering about the screw and bushing that is stuck to the grip. When I tried to put it back on the gun the bushing doesn't even catch now when screwing it back in, it just turns. The whole thing pulls out now, is the hole messed up now or just the bushing?

MOST likely and hopefully your bushing, they are softer than the frame. Check the threads on your bushing with a magnifying glass, see if they look deformed. Maybe you can find one somewhere to compare it against.

Good idea, thanks. I hope its not the frame, that would suck pretty bad.
