    Kahr Service

    Not having dealt with customer service with any of my guns I was pleasantly surprised by the service of Kahr Arms. I have had my P9 for about six months and carry it daily. After about 1500 rounds I noticed I guess what you would call "peening" of the metal at the base of the barrel. I sent customer service an email to explain my problem, if in fact there was one. They asked me to send some pictures to show them the damage. I did and I was sent a new barrel to replace the old one. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I will buy another Kahr pistol. I think their service is awesome. Thought y'all would like to know.

    I sent my MK40 off to Kahr service to install some XS sights and they did a great job, very accurate.

    I also had a positive experience with Kahr customer service. A few months ago I had the trigger assembly break on my PM9. Called them up, explained the problem and was told to ship the gun to them. They followed up with a phone call telling me they were working on my gun. Less than 2 weeks later the gun was at my front door. Problem all fixed.

    The neat thing is that they sent me a brand new barrel in a bubble wrap envelope almost immediately. To me that is hard to beat. I told them that this was my carry gun and I didn't want to lose it's use.

    Kahr has always been good to me in regards to warranty issues and taking care of me after the sale.

    Mind posting those "peeing" barrel pic's? Just courious as to what actually happend with it. I'm thinking about a Kahr myself. Great Customer Service is a good thing but why you had to use it is another.

    Kahr is awesome, I emailed there regional rep because my order got messed up. She not only fixed it but sent me some extra mags at no cost. Great company
