Not having dealt with customer service with any of my guns I was pleasantly surprised by the service of Kahr Arms. I have had my P9 for about six months and carry it daily. After about 1500 rounds I noticed I guess what you would call "peening" of the metal at the base of the barrel. I sent customer service an email to explain my problem, if in fact there was one. They asked me to send some pictures to show them the damage. I did and I was sent a new barrel to replace the old one. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I will buy another Kahr pistol. I think their service is awesome. Thought y'all would like to know.
