CZ RAMI P: New Owner Yay!
Just an excitement post. I finally got my wife to go to the range with me, we rented a few guns for her to try out to see which way to go. We shot an XD and a Sig 226 both in 9mm, a Walther P22 for plinkin, and a S&W airweight .38spl.
She pretty much ruled out the revolver quickly, I didn't think it was so bad, but I guess ~15oz and a medium powered round has decent recoil. After some tips from an instructor at the range, she had success with racking the slide, so auto's were a possibility, especially with some more practice and training.
Afterwards we looked at some more guns, my eye was drawn towards a CZ RAMI, since I had wanted one in the past. She held it, tinkered with it a few seconds and decided that she liked it. So we left, deciding to talk it over and think about it before we made a purchase.
She decided to go with an auto, so I jumped on gunbroker and found a CZ RAMI P stainless from tanners, what a smokin deal!!
This is what we ended up getting: http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=86467770
Look forward to a short writeup in the future! :image035:
