Which caliber P2000 SK?
Eh, doesn't matter, I'd get the SK over the other two.
I'm still trying to decide if I want a P2000 or the new P30...
I'm not overly fond of the ergonomics of the Glock line, the SK beats that with the interchangable back straps, Kimber Ultras aren't what I'd call a joy to shoot, and I like to shoot all of my guns...
So I'd probably go with the SK in 9mm with a LEM trigger.
Costs less to shoot too!

My vote for polymer is the H&K. But if you already have enough tupperware laying around the house, go for the Kimber Ultra Carry.

I would go with a P2000sk V3 (DA/SA). I've always wanted one!

I have shot the G23 (do not own)
Have two Ultra carry II - Amazingly accurate, a little pricey.
One HK P2000SK in .40 cal - My favorite of all three - accuracy - concealability (but the Ultra Carry pokes me, SK does not) Sk also has a pinky extension for mags, though my pinky still doesn't fit, it does provide a little more support than without one installed. Ergonomics on the HK win me over as well. All around winner with me.

FWIW, you can also get the mags with a flat baseplate. Personally I prefer the flat baseplate over the pinky thingy. Flat baseplates also conceal better.
If you really care about where to put the pinky, you can get an X-Grip which, combined with the slightly longer P2000 mags creates a real home for your pinky.
Oh, and don't forget the P2000 SK can accept the full capacity P30 mags (15rds 9mm).

I hope to get the P2000 out of layaway when I get home in a week or so. I have a G23, and looking to get a EMP shortly. So I'd say if you're getting yourself one for Christmas look them over, and go with the one that really wants to follow you home. You want go wrong with any in your line up.
