The keys to winning a gunfight are first to bring a gun and secondly to take your time, quickly.
Always remember that if your opponent is within range, so are you.
POWER TO THE MEPEOPLE!!!
S&W 60LS in a pocket holster.
I was thinking about the superlightweight alloy model but found that I really don't feel the weight in my pocket that much and the recoil with .357 mag ammo is brutal enough with the heavier revolver.
If I still wore a dress coat to work it would be my old sig 220 in a shoulder rig. Now it's more like my USPc 9mm in a UBG IWB holster at about 4:30.

Right now a Walther PPK/s .380. But I have several others in mind such as the Walther PPS 9mm, Kahr P380, or a Ruger LCP .380. I don't carry my Ruger SP101 .357 3" or my full size Kimber Eclipse .45 any more because of size and weight.
Depending on how I feel at the moment.
SS Springfield Mil-Spec 5" or Glock 23. or
SS Springfield Compact 4"

My Glock 36 in a Galco IWB, strong-side. Comfort factor? 5 out of 10. Comforting factor? 10 of 10...That gun is the Toyota Truck of pistols.

Sorry, I lost track of this thread and didn't mean to not answer.
The only other 1911's I have to compare to are my Springfield Loaded Champion and another S&W, a 1911SC.
I love my Springer but that scandium frame on the Smith make carrying much lighter. The Smith is very accurate and I have had no malfunctions with either the PD or the SC. My next purchase is going to be another S&W 1911.Unless I get rich, then I'd get a Wilson!

My Kahr P40 is the most comfortable to carry firearm I have. I love some of my others more but that Kahr really hides well.
In my experience so far.... its the Ruger LCP
