I carry a Kahr p9 the most . after that in no particular order comes an hk p7 a kahr pm9 , a kel tec p3at , and a 1911 gvt. The p9 is the lightest gun that truly handles and shoots well for me . The others fulfill needs when comfortable takes a back burner to comfort .

My winter favorite is my Sigma 9VE in a Hume JIT holster. Summer is my 637 snubby or my Keltec P3AT.

In normal clothing, which means I can wear a stout belt, comfortable means an all-steel handgun, stainless steel actually, in the form of a Ruger .357 mag SP101, Speed Six, or GP100. Normally, I choose two from that list. I just lucked into a couple of good CCW rigs for my duty SIG P229 pistols, so I may finally add a little .40 variety to my usual .357 ensemble. With all due respect to the pocket pistol guys, I just cannot be comfortable with a tiny firearm; I want something that fills my hands, points and balances well, has some heft to dampen the shakes, and can shoot through things.

Most comfortable and most carried: P3AT in a Desantis pocket holster. Most comforting: Glock 33 in either CrossBreed Super Tuck or SmartCarry holster.

Most comforting, and most comfortable, is my custom S&W M&P45 in a CompTac MTAC:

Most concealable is definitely the S&W 442 in a leather pocket holster made by a guy on here(seen in the following crappy pic along with the above 45):

I started carrying a beretta 96 Vertec Inox, it was too big...then I tried a Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact, it worked OK but I'm not a 9mm fan, I still occasionally use it for a backup...these were carried in a SmartCarry...

Then I got a Les Baer stainless Stinger and a Versa Max II...its perfect...for me at least...

I love my Hume JIT but, with a full size M&P.
When I get in the car I transfer it to my Wilderness Safepacker. The grip of my M&P is too big to wear it in the car at 4:00.

I need to get me something for summer though.
