LOL, my bad. I spoke with him earlier and he had bought two new magazines. If that dont fix it one of his friends is a gunsmith that wants to check it out. It ejected fine but the next round was standing up. They were S&W mags, looked fine, but it is more than likely a magazine problem. But in my mind the damage was done. I hope I never need it, but if I do I want it to work.

The mags have probably been repeatedly slammed in to the gun and the feed lips have separated too much.

CD Wolf--If the round was standing up in the mag--I have to agree that you have a mag spring problem. Tell him to spend $8 on a set of Wolfe +10% springs and see what happens!

Good job, man! Thank you for talking to him.

Personally, a "friend" won't sell a friend a POS gun. I'd take it back to him and get your money back.

I made $100.00 and the gun is getting new mags, and a shop visit. I think it will all work out. I havent talked to the guy that sold it to me since I got my mony and the gun a good home , but for $225.00 I thought it was to good to be true. I dont know how much there worth but I will take any smith for that.

Sounds like a magazine or recoil spring problem.
