I have both. They are similar. The 3913 is a bit more refined. Beveled and rounded edges and some of the excess steel has been removed in the 3913.
Both guns are well made. The 908 is the economy class and you should get it for less.

The 908 will make a great carry gun.

I have a 3913 LS that I enjoy carrying.
A 908 should fill the bill admirably.
