Just your heart? Melt your wallet, too?

And now, the rest of the story....please!

Thank God it wasn't the $2500.00 Wilson I was looking at or I'd be looking for a place to sleep tonight!

    The Long Black Thing.
    External Extractor.
And I believe the bugs are all worked out of it now.

You know, it's kinda funny to hear there were bugs with the extractor... my old 4506 had one just like it and I put over 4800 rounds through that thing and only had to make a minor tweak (bend) one time in the extractor because it was wearing down and that was near the 3500 mark. Seems like a straight forward simple design.

    No argument from me.
I consider any extractor related problem to be a "local gunsmith"
Maximum $25.00 "fix" no matter if internal or external.
Or you can simply learn to do it at home.
It is not rocket science to fine tune & properly tension an extractor.

Or, rather, perhaps someone would be looking for a place to bury you?

Unfortunately If I brought a pretty thing like that home my wife would beat me around the head and shoulders with it. She thinks I have too many guns. I have an unusual wife. If you look up the word "tightwad" you would see her picture! I guess I shouldn't complain, she could have been the type that spends all our money where I couldn't afford to buy guns.
